She has significant experience in restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings and in a range of regulatory and compliance matters including sustainability and ESG. In addition, she regularly represents clients in connection with their strategic intellectual property, data and technology-focused transactions. Given the wide range of her activities, she advises clients from various industries, including IT, private equity, construction, energy, hospitality, FMCG etc.  

Along with a law degree, Matea holds an MBA degree from the Swiss School of Business and Management.

She also has wide ranging experience in labor law and strategic employment aspects of M&A deals and restructuring procedures. Lana regularly advises on joint ventures and business’ set-up, corporate governance, shareholders’ activism, commercial contracts as well as on securities compliance matters.
